Chocolate Ganache Sauce

  • 226 grams dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Add the chocolate chips and coconut milk into a heatproof bowl.
  • Melt doing 30 second intervals in the microwave and stir between each one until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth in consistency.
  • Transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
