Until I opened the bakery, I couldn't could care less about frosting. I've always preferred a glaze to a frosting. But, homemade frosting has earned its place in my heart over the last ten years. And this smooth and creamy vegan chocolate frosting is one of my favorite recipes to date – seriously!

- Powdered Sugar: I use organic powdered sugar, be sure it's sifted so you have a smooth and creamy texture.
- Coconut Milk: I use organic coconut milk, but oat or almond is also fine if you prefer.
Tools Needed
- Scale: You'll need a digital food scale for the best results.
- Stand Mixer: I use my stand mixer for ease, but if you prefer to use a hand mixer you can do that as well.
