I created this recipe with my friends at Organic Valley along with four other recipes for game day dips! I love using Organic Valley products as I truly believe they make the best organic dairy and treat their animals with dignity and respect. That's doing dairy right in my book!

Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: I use Organic Valley Cream Cheese, you can use block or tub, either works.
- Sour Cream: I use Organic Valley Sour Cream, this is my favorite sour cream as its nice and thick. Some organic sour cream can be runny (certain brands) which is not ideal for this dip, so that's why I love Organic Valley.
- Garlic: I use organic minced garlic from a jar, but fresh garlic cloves also work, just mince them up.
- White Pepper: I use organic white pepper, if you don't have this black pepper also works. But, I prefer the flavor of white pepper in this recipe!
- Onion Powder: I use organic onion powder for flavor.
- Parmesan: I use Organic Valley Shredded Parmesan for ease. If you're using a block of parmesan, just grate it up.
- Mozzarella: I use Organic Valley Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. If you are using a block, just grate it using a large grater.
- Artichoke Hearts: I use organic artichoke hearts from a can for ease.
- Fresh Spinach: I use organic fresh spinach because I always have this in my fridge. Many spinach artichoke dip recipes will use frozen, but I really prefer the texture of fresh!

Tools Needed
- Mixing Bowl: You'll just need a mixing bowl and spatula to mix up this easy dip recipe.
- Baking Dish: I use my Staub baking dish for this, which is about 11×7-inches.

FAQ's
Yes, you can easily make this ahead of time! You can prep the entire dish and wrap it in plastic wrap (so it doesn’t dry out), then refrigerate it overnight. Before your party the following day, bake it off. It may take a few extra minutes to bake as it will be cold, so just be sure to bake until warm and golden brown.
Yes, if you want to use frozen spinach you definitely can. Just be sure to thaw and drain it so you don’t add excess water into the dish.
I love serving this with warm baguette. But, you can also toast the baguette if you want a crunchy toast. You can serve it with bagel chips, tortilla chips, potato chips, or sturdy veggies like carrots, celery, or bell peppers.
If you have leftover dip, you can store extra in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
