Cook the bacon to your liking, reserve the bacon grease and set aside.
Step 2
De-stem and chop Brussels sprouts in half or quarters, depending on how large they are, making sure they are all similar sizes. Place in a bowl, and set aside.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 4
Add the maple syrup to the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Add 2 tablespoons bacon grease and coat the Brussels sprouts. Add more if need be, but they should be lightly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread out evenly.
Step 5
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are lightly charred. Stir halfway through to promote even baking.
Step 6
Chop the bacon slices, and add the bacon and Brussels sprouts to a large bowl and toss together. Serve immediately.

You can cook the bacon any way you prefer, that can be in a skillet, in the oven, or in the microwave. My preferred method is the oven (or air fryer) at 400°F for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until crispy. I like to cook the bacon alone so it gets crispy in this recipe as I don't like undercooked or chewy bacon.
