This calming Lavender Honey Chamomile Tea Steamer has all the bangers. Lavender, milk, honey, and chamomile all can help you relax you and prepare for a restful nights sleep!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag organic lavender chamomile tea

  • 1 cup organic milk

  • 1 tablespoon organic raw honey

Directions

  • Boil water for tea and add the tea bag to a mug. Once the water is boiling, fill the mug half way with water and allow tea to steep for 5 minutes.
  • In a small pot, add the milk and honey. Heat over high heat until the temperature reaches 140°F to 160°F. Remove from the heat.
  • Pour the milk into the tea and serve.
