Why You'll Love This Recipe

Tastes Like a Sandwich: If you love sandwiches, then you’ll love this Cold Cuts Salad. This is basically a fancy AF sandwich sans the bread! I add ham, turkey, and pepperoni for a meaty salad that has just the right amount of spice thanks to the pepperoni!

Clean Organic Meats: I use Organic Prairie Pepperoni, Turkey, and Ham as I believe their meat is the moist high quality you can buy. Especially with lunch meat, I believe it’s very important to buy organic.

Homemade Dressing: I make a simple homemade dressing for this salad using extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano, and parsley. This simple herb and olive oil dressing is the perfect complement to the meat and veggies!

FAQ's

Can I use other types of meat?

Yes! Feel free to use any other kind of meat you like. You could include roast beef, salami, summer sausage, or other cold cuts.

Can I use another kind of dressing?

Yes, so I'm basically making an Italian dressing here. I just like to make my own as opposed to buying them as most salad dressings have seed oils in them and I don't think it's necessary. But feel free to use any Italian dressing you like!

Can I make this into a big salad?

Yes, if you'd like to make a big salad to serve as a side salad, then just 3x this recipe!
