This Cold Cuts Salad uses three kinds of meat: turkey, ham, and pepperoni along with classic sandwich toppings like lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
Why You'll Love This Recipe
If you love sandwiches, then you’ll love this Cold Cuts Salad. This is basically a fancy AF salad sans the bread! I add ham, turkey, and pepperoni for a meaty salad that has just the right amount of spice thanks to the pepperoni!
I make a simple homemade dressing for this salad using extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano, and parsley. This simple herb and olive oil dressing is the perfect complement to the meat and veggies!

How to Make a Cold Cuts Salad
In a large bowl, add the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
Top with the turkey, ham, pepperoni, green olives, and basil.
Sprinkle a little oregano and parsley on top. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Stir it up!
Can I use other types of meat?
Yes! Feel free to use any other kind of meat you like. You could include roast beef, salami, summer sausage, or other cold cuts.
Can I use another kind of dressing?
Yes, so I'm basically making an Italian dressing here. I just like to make my own as opposed to buying them as most salad dressings have seed oils in them and I don't think it's necessary. But feel free to use any Italian dressing you like!
Can I make this into a big salad?
Yes, if you'd like to make a big salad to serve as a side salad, then just 3x this recipe!
Why go organic?
You may be wondering why I push organic ingredients for everything, even savory and healthy dishes. Organic ingredients go beyond just health and wellness, and contribute so much to the taste and flavor of a recipe. So, if you think that you're making something healthy and buying fruits, veggies, or meats so maybe you don't need to spend the extra to go organic here – let me sway your thinking.
Organic ingredients are made in a more pure way, therefore using no additives, no GMOs, and minimal ingredients. This really allows the true ingredients to shine – and because of that their flavor shines through. Therefore, organic ingredients are more flavorful than their non organic counterparts. So, just because it's already a healthy recipe, or you're already buying good for you ingredients – it doesn't mean you can skip organic! Trust me here, and make the switch. Your body and your taste buds will thank you!
So, I highly recommend that you buy the best organic ingredients for this recipe! You can also shop my Amazon Storefront for all my favorite organic ingredients here.
