FAQ's

Can I use fine shredded coconut in place of wide flake?

Yes, you can use whichever kind you like. I prefer the wide flake as these will toast up so yummy, so you get a big bite of coconut each time.

Can I use dark chocolate chips?

Yes, feel free to use dark chocolate chips in place of semi sweet. You can even use a chopped up chocolate bar if you prefer.

How do you store homemade granola?

Store homemade granola in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 1 month.
