This Bone Broth Turmeric Steamer is a light and delicious cozy drink that contains bone broth and turmeric. Both of these ingredients will help promote a restful night’s sleep! Make this cozy drink 1 hour before bedtime as you start winding down for the night.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kettle & Fire Bone Broth

  • 1/2 cup organic coconut milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon organic turmeric

  • 1/8 teaspoon organic ginger

Directions

  • In a small pot, add the bone broth, coconut milk, turmeric, and ginger. Heat over high heat until the temperature reaches 140°F to 160°F. Remove from the heat.
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy.
