You will love this easy recipe for BBQ Kale Chips because they taste just like those thin and crispy, melt in your mouth BBQ potato chips but so much healthier! I use a BBQ Seasoning for a smokey barbecue flavor and nutritional yeast and onion powder to sweeten them just a bit.

Replace your chips with these BBQ Kale Chips for a healthier snack. Add them to a cheeseboard or charcuterie board, or just eat them all on their own. I love having these BBQ Kale Chips as an afternoon snack with an apple or even a little bit of dark chocolate!

Why You'll Love This Recipe

Healthy Chips: This recipe for BBQ Kale Chips makes healthy chips! If you are new to kale chips, they are so easy to make and they are so much healthier than traditional chips!

Nostalgic: BBQ chips will always be nostalgic for me because they were a special treat we got in the summertime at our pool club. So, these really take me back because they taste very similar but they are so much better to eat!

No Seed Oils: Part of the reason chips are unhealthy is they are usually made with seed oils. Unless you are buying avocado oil or olive oil chips, then they are most likely made with canola oil, sunflower oil, or other harmful seed oils. So, when these I use extra virgin olive oil for healthy chips without any seed oils.
