FAQ's

Can I use another kind of nut?

Yes, feel free to use any kind of nuts you want or even a mixture. Just be sure you are using raw nuts. Whenever you are roasting nuts, you want to use raw nuts as opposed to already roasted and salted nuts because you can burn them if they are already roasted.

Why are my nuts soft?

If your nuts turn out soft, it means they weren't baked long enough. These have to bake long enough to dry out. You can always take a few nuts out of the oven and let them cool before deciding to take out the whole tray.

How should I store these?

Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 2 weeks.
