Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, add the almonds, bone broth, and olive oil and stir to coat completely.
Add the BBQ seasoning and stir to coat the almonds completely.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
Step 3
Bake at 300°F bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Sprinkle with sea salt after coming out of the oven. Allow to cool on the baking sheet completely.

Yes, feel free to use any kind of nuts you want or even a mixture. Just be sure you are using raw nuts. Whenever you are roasting nuts, you want to use raw nuts as opposed to already roasted and salted nuts because you can burn them if they are already roasted.
If your nuts turn out soft, it means they weren't baked long enough. These have to bake long enough to dry out. You can always take a few nuts out of the oven and let them cool before deciding to take out the whole tray.
Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 2 weeks.
