I created this recipe with my friends at Organic Valley using their organic cream cheese, which is my all time favorite. This cream cheese spread with bacon only has 4 ingredients and it's quick and easy to whip up. It's perfect for brunch, game day, or just a lazy weekend morning when you want something a little extra.

Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: I use Organic Valley Cream Cheese, you can use your favorite. A tub or a block is fine, either works.
- Bacon: My favorite organic bacon is Organic Valley.
- Chives: I use organic fresh chives.
- Jalapeños: I use organic jalapeños from a jar.

- Scale: Always use a digital food scale for the best results.
- Stand Mixer: You'll need a stand mixer (or hand mixer) to mix up the ingredients.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cook the bacon to your liking. I prefer to bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until crispy.
Chop the bacon into small pieces, set aside.
Step 2
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add the cream cheese, jalapeños, jalapeño water, chives, and bacon pieces. Mix on low to combine and then increase speed to high and whip until combined completely.
Step 3
Serve with bagel chips, butter crackers or use as a spread on bagels or toast.
